I see the pain you try to hide,
Beneath your beautiful face and partial smile.
I know you're lost again in your thoughts,
Zoned out most of the time,
Even when you say you're not.
I know you pretend to be strong,
But if my words touch your heart,
Trust me, I'm not wrong.
